After more than a decade in the insurance and benefits industry, I started Taylor Benefit Solutions with a clear mission: to bring high-quality, enterprise-level benefits administration services to small and mid-sized businesses—without the red tape, inflated costs, or delays of larger firms.

With over 13 years of experience, including 5 years at bswift and 7 years as a licensed insurance broker, I’ve supported everything from Fortune 500 clients to overloaded startups. But what I’m most proud of is helping solve the problems that others overlook—fixing broken files, untangling audit messes, or getting enrollment back on track under pressure.

I work independently, offering flexible support packages tailored to the pace and needs of each client.
